Michelle graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. After spending 3.5 years chasing stories as a local TV news reporter, she pursued marketing/public relations. Despite career changes, her passion for storytelling never left. Today, social media is the #1 tool for brands to tell stories and foster connectivity. People follow those they know, like, and trust. Jess Teruel is a Greenville, SC native with a mission to tell people's stories. Believing that every business has a unique journey, Jess is passionate about helping others share their stories in today’s fast-paced, digital-driven world. She launched The Jess Teruel Show five years ago as a fun and engaging platform to spotlight local businesses. Her work is rooted in building meaningful relationships where trust and authenticity are key. Jess brings a genuine commitment to every project, combining storytelling with strategy to amplify voices that deserve to be heard.
Lizzie Pearson
Content Creator, Analyst
Elizabeth is a dedicated mom, wife, & entrepreneur. Originally from South Georgia, her family relocated to South Carolina in 2022. She holds a B.S. in Healthcare Management from Regent University and began her career in social media marketing in 2019 as a Marketing Assistant for a nonprofit organization in Athens, GA. By 2021, she had advanced to the role of Marketing Coordinator, honing her skills and passion for digital marketing. In 2022, Elizabeth launched her own business—A & E Media—where she now provides social media management, content creation, and website design and management services to nonprofits and small businesses.
